Hermetic Trader provides two things to subscribers: a set of TradingView indicators ("Sphinx") and a web-based discipline journal ("Vigil"). The service is a tool. It is not a brokerage, a financial advisor, a signals service, or an investment manager. Nothing produced by Hermetic Trader constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of trading-related tools complies with the laws applicable to you.
Access requires a paid subscription. The current plan is $19 USD per month, billed via Stripe, with a 7-day trial available to new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.
Cancellation is available at any time from the Vigil settings. When you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for; you are not refunded for the unused portion of a period unless required by law or at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are in material breach of these Terms (for example, sharing access credentials, attempting to redistribute the indicators, or abusing the platform).
TradingView access to the Sphinx indicators is granted manually by Hermetic Trader after a subscription becomes active. We aim to grant access within 1–2 business days but do not guarantee any specific turnaround. The indicators are licensed for your personal trading use only and may not be redistributed, decompiled, or shared.
Trade logs, ritual entries, notes, and other content you create in Vigil belong to you. You can export your data, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we store and where.
Don't use Hermetic Trader to do things that would obviously be wrong elsewhere on the internet: harass other users, violate laws, reverse-engineer the indicators, automate scraping of the journal interface, share your access credentials, or attempt to interfere with the service's operation.
The service is provided "as is." Markets are unpredictable; software has bugs; indicators are imperfect models of imperfect markets. Hermetic Trader makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermetic Trader is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
